I called this property to book a room for a short one night stay; due to a wedding I was in, my husband needed the room for himself. When I called, I asked if they offered a late checkout. The staff member on the phone was happy to provide that for him. However, upon my husband’s arrival, they told him they were unable to accommodate that due to their housekeeping schedules. When I called and spoke to a member of their staff regarding this problem, they were able to locate the late checkout note, and happily fixed the misunderstanding. My husband also raved about their continental breakfast. He said out of the many hotel breakfasts he has had, this Hampton offered the best selection and he was very pleased.

Our entire stay was wonderful. We were always kindly greeted as we re-entered from outings. Any questions we asked were answered with genuine kindness, we never felt like we were bothering anyone. The woman who does the breakfast in the mornings was so wonderful when I asked for something special due to dietary restrictions. What a great crew! Thank you for a great stay.

Amanda the breakfast attendant was amazing and worked fast when something was out it made my son super happy he had thought he missed breakfast! The staff checking us in and out were great I would highly recommend them. The male staff person who worked behind the desk I forget his name just he use to be an emt he said he was super great!
